Kenyan influencer and businesswoman Amber Ray has publicly criticized KRG The Don for involving the wife of a married man she was dating. This drama unfolded during an episode of their reality show, NaiRich, where Amber Ray opened up about the incident that led to the fallout between her and KRG.
The Relationship Drama
Amber Ray had been dating Jimal Roho Safi, who was still married to his now ex-wife, Amira. Their relationship had already attracted public attention, but things escalated after a disagreement between Amber Ray and KRG.
According to Amber, KRG became angry after she allegedly insulted him. In retaliation, he reached out to her lover’s wife, exposing her relationship with the married man. Amber Ray explained:
“At that time, a lot was happening. KRG was my friend, and his ex-wife was close friends with the wife of the man I was dating. That’s how our friendship ended. His ex-wife insulted my child, and in anger, I insulted his kids back.”
This marked the beginning of the end for their friendship.
KRG’s Response
KRG, feeling disrespected, tried to resolve the issue by calling Amber to warn her against insulting his children again. However, the conversation didn’t go as planned. Amber insulted him instead, which infuriated him further. He decided to take things a step further by contacting her lover’s wife. KRG recounted the event:
“I got mad and decided to call your ex to warn him. But instead, he insulted me. That’s when I decided to cause chaos between them.”
KRG admitted that his actions were a form of revenge for the insults he had received from Amber Ray.
Amber Ray’s Defense
Amber, on the other hand, defended her position, arguing that KRG overstepped by calling the wife of the married man she was seeing at the time. She accused KRG of purposely trying to stir up trouble:
“You knew I was dating someone’s husband, yet you went ahead and called his wife. You even told me, ‘I have taken the car keys from her,’ as if it was some kind of victory.”
This public fallout sheds light on the complicated relationships within their social circle and the lengths some are willing to go for revenge.
