Nigerian singer Ruger didn’t hold back when sharing one of his biggest pet peeves when meeting girls for the first time—and it’s all about nails.
In an interview with Kiss Fresh FM, the ‘Girlfriend’ hitmaker made it crystal clear that undone nails are a major turn-off for him. According to Ruger, it’s the first thing he notices when he meets a girl.
“I really can’t stand it when I meet a girl and her nails aren’t done. Like, come on, you’ve got to have those nails done! It just doesn’t sit right with me when they’re not,” Ruger emphasized.
But before you think he’s all about extravagant nails, Ruger clarified that he’s not into those super long, exaggerated claws. He prefers a more natural, polished look.
“I’m not into the really long ones. Short, well-done nails are just perfect. They look real, classy, and absolutely beautiful,” he added.
The singer even confessed that if he notices a girl’s nails are not up to par, he’ll generously send some cash her way to get them fixed. Talk about putting your money where your standards are!
